We’re hiring across multiple skill tiers for national fountain and water feature installations. Every candidate must have construction experience and be reliable enough to operate on active job sites with minimal supervision.
We need strong people ranging from skilled helpers to full-on tradesmen who can lead installations.

Installer / Skilled Laborer (Mid-Level)
Someone with real construction experience and working plumbing/mechanical skills. Can handle tasks semi-independently and support the lead installer.
Pay Range: $30–$45/hr based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Install PVC/CPVC piping and fittings
- Assist with mechanical systems, pumps, vaults, filtration
- Handle light concrete/forming/grouting work
- Interpret basic drawings and measurements
- Operate power tools safely
- Troubleshoot field issues
- Travel to project sites nationwide
Requirements:
- 2+ years in construction
- Plumbing or mechanical experience preferred
- Good communicator, strong work ethic
- Must present professionally on job sites
- Travel-ready
